Call for Papers

The Ethiopian Journal of Business and Economics (EJBE) is happy to issue this call for papers.

The EJBE is a biannual peer-reviewed publication of the College and its main mission is to provide a forum for publishing scholarly articles including:

• Research papers
• Master’s thesis and PhD dissertation (abridged versions or chapters)
• Book reviews
• Other publishable works

All works submitted for publication pass through a rigorous process of peer and anonymous review to assess their scholarly standard and determine their suitability for publication in the Journal.

Since its inception, the Journal has in the main provided an appropriate forum to stimulate publication in the areas of Business, Economics and Public Administration. In addition, it has published different scholarly articles that involve inter-disciplinary academic discourse in many other related areas of learning and research. Simply put, although the Journal is an initiative of the College of Business and Economics, academic articles and other publishable works from related disciplines are also welcome.

Given its track record of being published regularly in five successive issues, the Journal is in the process of obtaining accreditation by the University as per the University’s policy regarding accreditation; and, this will mean that any work accepted for publication will be considered towards the author’s promotion and advancement opportunities.
