International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management (IJCCSM) Vacancies for Associate Editors (2021-2023)
Founded in the year 2009, the International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management (IJCCSM) https://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/journal/ijccsm is an Open Access journal which provides a platform for papers assessing approaches to combat and cope with climate change.
The journal publishes papers dealing with policy-making on climate change, and methodological approaches to cope with the problems deriving from climate change. It disseminates experiences from projects and case studies where due consideration to environmental, economic, social and political aspects is given and especially the links and leverages that can be attained by this holistic approach.
It regards climate change under the perspective of its wider implications: for economic growth, water and food security, and for people’s survival – especially those living in the poorest
communities in developing countries.
IJCCSM is currently recruiting a set of Associate Editors (AE) to provide advice to the journal development, and to support its growth. The workload is a couple hours each month. On occasions, AE may also lead special issues, as guest editors. The post of AE is a volunteer one, i.e. it entails no payment, but apart from access to the journal and its vast library, it is a nice addition to one CV´s and a sign of academic leadership.
Expressions of interest with a short CV and a statement of the suitability to the post, should be sent to the IJCCSM team by using the following e-mail address: info@iccip.net. The deadline is 30th January 2021. The applications will be immediately reviewed, and the new team members may start their duties in March 2021.
We would also like to draw your attention to some of the lastest papers published, as “winter specials”, all of which are open access and freely available:

Also, apart from the submissions made in the normal pool, and open to anyone working on matters related to climate change management, IJCCSM has four focus themes for 2021-2022, and would welcome expressions of interest from teams of authors who would be interested to have their works submitted for peer-review. These are:
Climate Change and Health
Climate Change on Island States
Climate Change and Agriculture
Climate Change in Coastal Areas
Expressions of interest to submit papers may be sent to info@iccip.net, for a first
feed-back. There are no deadlines.
