Research interest The identification of biomarkers to tropical and other infectious diseases with special interests in understanding pathogen-host interaction and immune response in infections with and without HIV co-infection; understanding the dynamics of antigen-specific T cell responses in breast and cervical cancer; understanding the mechanisms of protection and pathogenesis responsible for cancer.
