General Objective
The general objective of the school of Radiography & Imaging is to train professionals who have acquired the basic knowledge and skills of radiography & clinical imaging and who are required to render their services to the public in the general health care frame work under the country's health policy in the contexts of professional health care providers, health planners, researchers, creative thinkers and change agents of development.

Specific Objectives
The specific objectives of the BSc degree Programme radiography are to train a clinical radiographer who is able to;

Perform highly qualified radiographic imaging, CT, MRI, Ultrasonography &Radiological procedures.

To keep pace with the newly introduced technological modalities of imaging.

Efficiently & effectively use available diagnostic resource

Show positive attitude to team work & work across boundaries to develop the overall health care system.

Bring forth ideas & solutions for problem solving through creative thinking in his/her work environment
