Vision: To be a center of excellence dedicated to generating evidence based knowledge that will impact public policy formulation and meaningfully contribute to the development goals of the country.
Mission: To initiate and execute development and policy research with a view to generating in-depth knowledge on social, economic, political and environmental development challenges of the nation in particular and the world at large.
