Apart from the different Schools/Departments within the Addis Ababa University, the following are the most important national collaborators:

9. Universities of Mekele, Arbaminch, Adama, Haromaya, Dese,  Dila, Bahardar, Semera and a  few others;

Among the international collaborators, the United States Geological Survey (USGS), Universities in the UK (Leeds, Edinburgh and Bristol), the International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) , Institut Physique du Globe de Paris IPGP (France), IPPS network (Sweden), the Technical University of Darmstadt and the Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) BKG/TUD (Germany) could be mentioned.
