AAU EXIT EXAM Schedule

Dear National Exit Exam Examinees National Exit Exam Mock has been given since last Wednesday and will be continued to Tuesday, February 13, 2024.  Following this the National Exit Exam will be conducted between Wednesday February 14, February 19, 2024 (Yekatit 6 to Yekatit 11, 2016 EC).

Wednesday February 14, 2024 ( Yekatit 6, 2016) Exam Schedule):     

  • Kindly take note that students who will sit for session one (Morning) on Yekatit 6, 2016 EC will also take session two as well.

Thursday February 15, 2024 ( Yekatit 7, 2016) Exam Schedule:

Session 1  ( Morning 2:00 LT)  

Session 2  ( Afternoon 7:00 LT)

Code of Conduct for Students taking the exams

  1. For those students from within the AAU, they should come with their valid ID cards.
  2. No student is allowed to bring their mobile phones and other electronic devices with them while coming to take the exams. It is the responsibility of the student for any loss or damage to their phones/ devices while entering the campuses.
  3. Students should take the responsibility of being present in the respective campuses not later than 30 minutes to the start of the examination
  4. Students should be able to identify their labs and sit in front of the computers and check their login system 10 minutes before the exam starting time.

Session 1 exam is morning exam from 2:30 to 5:30 (Ethiopian time) (8:30AM-11:30AM)

Session 2: exam is afternoon from 8:00 to 11:00 (Ethiopian time) (2:00pm – 5:00pm)
