Office of Change Management @ AAU organizes training on Kaizen

Office of Change Management at AAU, in collaboration with the Ethiopian Kaizen Institute (EKI) Consulting Group, has organized a four days training. It was started on November 19/2015 and completed November 22nd of 2015. Close to 300 participants coming from the offices, colleges and institutes of AAU were in the attendance.

The purpose of this training is to raise the awareness of support staff members in AAU about the philosophical and theoretical issues of Kaizen. It also aims at mobilizing AAU community to get into a full-fledged implementation of Kaizen. The training is expected to help engage AAU employees in the institutional change the university aspires to have.
